We are glad to inform that the next guest of our Foundation's Political Club will be Mr. Norman Davis, who promotes his new publication, "To and From"

The meeting shall take place on October 19 (Sunday) at 7.30pm in the restaurant of the Lodz Business Club (85 Piotrkowska Str.). It is held in cooperation with the Polish-British Chamber of Commerce and under the patronage of the EU MOP Mr. Jacek Saryusz-Wolski, the Dziennik Lodzki newspaper and the Toya TV.

Norman Davis (born in 1939) studied history at the Magdalen College of the Oxford University, in Grenoble, Perugia and in Sussex. He obtained a Ph. D. diploma in 1973 at the Iagiellonian University. He devoted his life to writing books on Polish history: "God's game" (The history of Poland), "The Heart of Europe", "White Eagle - Red Star", "Europe, Microcosmos" (the history of Wroclaw), "Uprising 44", ‘Europe Between East and West", "Europe Fights 1939-45".
