I Love Independence – third edition
11 listopada 2008

On November 11 Poland celebrated the 90th anniversary of regaining independence. As usual for this occasion, the Project Lodz Foundation organized the „I love Independence" action, targeted to revive the Polish Independence Day and celebrate it vividly. This year we hosted a debate of young politicians and social activists ‘What did we do with our independence?' and the happening ‘Station Independence'. The Toya TV held its own version of ‘What did we do with our independence?' as well.

November 11 - the „Station Independence" happening
At the memorial of Unknown Soldier, just after the mess in the cathedral, we organized (with the Koliber Association and the Young Conservatists) the happening "Station Independence". We handled white-red balloons to the trespassers, who could write on them their wishes for Poland.
This year's action has been co-organized for the first time also in Krakow, Wroclaw and Wloclawek.
