Michal Dominczak, Ph. D., an expert of the Project Lodz Foundation, has Bern rewarded with the Ministry's of Infrastructure Prize for ‘the best doctoral thesis in urbanism and spatial planning'. The title of his study, published at the Technical University of Lodz, is: ‘Shaping urban space as a result of 19th and 20th centuries' legal systems'. The reward will be handed to Mr. Dominczak on December 22 in the headquarters of the Main Technical Organization.
